Mag. Barbara Klinger has been representing clients in employment law across all industries for almost 20 years. She has developed a strong expertise in collective bargaining issues and negotiations, working time law, business closures, equal treatment issues, conflict management, manager service contracts and theater employment law, and is also passionate about negotiating in court.

Barbara Klinger was managing director and lawyer at Schindler Attorneys for six years and previously worked as a lawyer at Cerha Hempel for 10 years. She gained valuable HR experience as head of HR at the Volksoper Vienna.

Born in Vienna, she studied modern dance in Holland for two years and then law in Vienna and discovered her enthusiasm for employment law very early on.

Klinger regularly holds training courses and lectures and publishes on various employment law topics.
